Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all inquiries, bookings and services related to date planning by Signature Dates.

We plan and organize dates, in particular concepts, schedules, recommendations and reservations.

We are not the provider or organizer of third-party services. Services from third parties such as restaurants, bars, activities, ticket providers or transport providers are not provided by us.

An inquiry submitted via the form is non-binding.

A contract is concluded when we confirm the requested service in writing and the agreed package payment has been received.

All prices are stated in CHF.

The package payment becomes due after our response and before planning services begin.

Payment is currently made via TWINT or another payment method agreed individually.

Costs for restaurants, tickets, activities, transport or food and beverages are borne by the participants unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You provide complete and accurate information.

You inform us in good time about changes, special requests, restrictions or no-gos.

Bookings by or for persons under 18 years of age are only permitted with the express consent of their legal representative.

Offers, reservations or components subject to legal or provider-related age restrictions, in particular regarding alcohol or age-restricted venues and events, are excluded for underage persons.

Reservations are made, where necessary, in the names of the customers.

For services, prices, availability as well as the terms and cancellation policies of third-party providers, only their own conditions apply.

Until planning services begin, bookings can generally be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge, provided that no costs have yet been incurred with third-party providers.

After planning services have begun, there is no entitlement to a refund of the package payment.

Any third-party costs already incurred must in all cases be borne by the customers.

Rescheduling after planning services have begun is only possible after prior consultation and depends on availability and organizational effort.

We are liable for our own damages that we cause intentionally or through gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only to the extent required by mandatory law.

We assume no liability for services, availability, changes, failures or cancellations of third-party providers.

We do not owe any specific personal, emotional or romantic outcome.

Our privacy policy applies.

Swiss law applies.

Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction remain reserved. To the extent permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered seat.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
